New Life Skills International is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping others to help themselves by supporting and funding programs that improve and expand access to health care services, clean water, and educational services for disadvantaged populations in rural areas throughout Uganda Africa.  Women are taught the skill of making beautiful, colorful beads from recycled paper.

The beads are strung into necklaces and other jewelry accessories and sold to raise funds to support the women and programs that bring the education and opportunity to change the future of these villages deep in the bush.

Developing and building community spirit by helping one another for the betterment of the whole community, through committed volunteers and their generous spirit, New Life Skills strives to bring people from all walks of life together with a focus on using their own talents, skills, and spirit to make a change in the lives of others who are less fortunate.

Many people want to help but just don’t know what to do. It is New Life Skills’ mission to eradicate poverty through education and skills training in Uganda, one village at a time. Together as one, we can make a change.
