New Life Skills International supports, develops, and funds programs that improve and expand access to health care services and educational services for disadvantaged populations in rural areas throughout Uganda, Africa working in one village at a time.
The organization’s focus is to bring about change by providing education to the whole community addressing some of the most pervasive problems in Uganda including, but not limited to, HIV/AIDS, malaria, hunger, access to clean water, family planning & orphans needs, and sanitation diseases prevention.
An astounding 90% of malaria deaths in the world occur in Africa. Sadly, most of those killed are under the age of five.
New Life Skills empowers women to turn the tide in Africa. Every woman involved in New Life Skills’ Bead Program is given the opportunity to learn skills that can help re-shape their future, and that of their children.
